Rhythm Balls
Pelvic floor exercise balls.
To strengthen muscles use the Rhythm Balls internally for a minimum of 10 minutes a day. These latex coated balls contain off-centre weights that move inside. Holding and rolling the balls, exercises all the surrounding muscles and strengthens the whole pelvic floor.
